10 <br /> Attachment 5 <br /> Orange Public Transportation (OPT) Modular Building <br /> Capital Project Ordinance <br /> Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br /> 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is <br /> hereby adopted. <br /> Section 1.The project authorized provides funds for one-time set-up costs for a new modular <br /> office building for Orange Public Transportation (OPT). The modular building will <br /> be located at the County's Public Works site. This ordinance supersedes all previous Orange Public Transportation (OPT) <br /> Modular Building Capital Project Ordinances for Orange County. <br /> Section 6. This ordinance shall remain in effect until June 30, 2003. <br /> Adopted this 6th day of November 2002. <br />
