The <br />IDEAS control equipment is no longer in production and is no longer supported. We are offering a migration <br />solution to an off-the-shelf PLC product. Along with the migration to a PLC system we will replace the hard <br />graphic control panels with new Touch Screen control units with gooseneck IC master stations. We Propose the <br />Following: <br />Scope of Work <br />Part 1- Furnish and install the work as designated below, except as specifically excluded under Part 2: <br />1.1 - Replace IDEAS Control Modules <br />• Furnish and install an off-the-shelf industrial PLC control system to replace the existing IDEAS <br />system. <br />• Furnish and install a remote PLC UO unit in the old Control Room for the doors connected to the <br />old graphic panel. <br />• Furnish and install new control cabling as necessary. <br />• Furnish and install three (3) Touch Screen control stations.
