12 <br /> 31. Performance Measures <br /> The CPD'Performance Measurement System is HUD's response to the standards set by the <br /> Government Performance and Results Act(GPRA)df 1993. This act holds all Federal <br /> agencies accountable for establishing goals and objectives and measuring achievements. <br /> (a) The recipient must ensure that all-activities in the funded prof ect(s)meet the <br /> appropriate objectives,outcomes,and indicators established by HUD and selected by <br /> DOC.
