Base Detail #or Pedestal EVSE. <br />Pedestal Floor Mounting <br />Preparing the Site <br />Once a proper site has bsen chnsen and the electrical service has <br />been run to the iocation, you can begin installation. <br />Step 1: Open door using the latch an the side of the unit. Ths key <br />will be secured inside the unit. <br />Step 2: Remove the bottom pan by puiling upward and then angiing <br />outward. Best if performed when door is held opened. <br />Step 3: The hole paitem for the base of the petiestal mount is <br />shown below in Figure 11. Use six, 3/8 UNC Grade 5 stain- <br />less bolts torqued at 5D ft-Ibs fot mounting base to the <br />ground. <br />Note: if using a concrete pad, pfease be mind?ul oi the overa}i height bf the <br />unit due to ADA CompGance.
