Child Support Enforcement will upon request to Starpoint be able to spot check samples of <br />scanned images for quality control and verification. Starpoint will fully resolve and correct any <br />and all errors that are found. <br />Orange County will provide all computing equipment. This includes but is not limited to; <br />Server hardware, Desktop computer, Printers, and Scanners. Orange County will also procure <br />software (Papervision Xpress) and licenses from Starpoint to view and manage the scanned <br />images. <br />Starpoint will: <br />• Install and configure the Papervision Xpress software on the network server <br />• Install Papervision Xpress client software on up to 15 desktop computers <br />• Provide Orange County with media to accommodate future installs <br />Services included: <br />• Software installation <br />• Prep <br />• Scanning <br />• Indexing <br />• QC <br />• Data Delivery <br />Once documents are scanned, all documents will be indexed by: <br />• Caretaker: Last Name, First Name, MI. <br />• Children: Last Name, First Name, MI. <br />• Absent Parent: Last Name. First Name, MI. <br />• All documents will be returned to their filing cabinets <br />Training: <br />• Starpoint will conduct 2 training sessions for Orange County Child Support Enforcement <br />staff on the use of Papervision Xpress <br />Support: <br />• Starpoint will provide user support to Child Support Enforcement for the Papervision <br />Xpress application while Orange County Child Support Enforcement maintains active <br />licenses ~ <br />Estimate <br />• All inclusive price of $0.059 per image <br />• Papervision Xpress (5 licensed client copies) $5070.00 <br />• Papervision Xpress annual maintenance $400.00 <br />
