Orange County shall give CCC, NRCS, or the Comptroller General, through any authorized <br />representative, access to and the right to examine all records, books, papers, or documents related <br />to this agreement. <br />K. If any recipient of Federal funds under this Cooperative Agreement materially fails to comply <br />with the terms of this Cooperative Agreement, the United States reserves the right to wholly or <br />partially recapture funds provided in accordance with 7 CFR Parts 1403, 3015, 3016, and 3019. <br />L.
