I. CRITERIA FOR PROPERTY INCLUSION INTO A MASTER <br />TELECOMMUNICATIONS PLAN (MTP) WIRELESS ELEMENT <br />1) Application for inclusion in the plan from the property owner. <br />2) Property serves a public or community interest or function. <br />3) Must meet all dimensional requirements regarding tower location (i.e. lot size, setbacks). <br />4) Must be approved through a Public Hearing process including Planning Board <br />recommendation and Board of County Commissioners adoption. <br />5) Not more than 200 feet high. <br />II. EXAMPLES OF PUBLIC INTEREST SITES ONLY AS APPROVED BY THE <br />UNDERLYING AUTHORITY / OWNER <br />1. Emergency Management Service Facilities <br />2. Police Facilities <br />3. Fire Stations <br />4. Government Properties (State and Local) <br />5. Parks <br />6. Community Organizations such as Ruritan, Civitan, Grange <br />7. Voluntary Agricultural Districts <br />8. Religious Organizations <br />
