4 <br /> Landmark Surveying, Inc. <br /> 109 East Hardin Street, Graham, NC 27253 <br /> Telephone: 336 229-6275 <br /> DRAFT—DRAFT DRAFT <br /> CONTRACT FOR SURVEYING SERVICES <br /> McGOWAN CREEK PRESERVE <br /> ORANGE COUNTY, NC <br /> Landmark Surveying, Inc. will perform a topographic survey(one-foot contours) of <br /> approximately four acres of the McGowan Creek Preserve (tax parcel 3.41..14) located <br /> on north side of US 70 west of Hillsborough,NC in accordance with the request for <br /> proposals from Orange County ERCD dated August 14, 2002. <br /> Landmark will provide six paper prints of the survey to Orange County ERCD, as well as <br /> an AutoCad file compatible with AutoCad 2000. <br /> Landmark Surveying, Inc. fee for this survey will be$2,400.00.
