The challenges come <br /> when housing is too high that the costs stifle growth. I think our area can do better about <br /> housing costs, even in a university environment. The human relations board is directly <br /> connected to the engagement committee I was a part of at KCTCS. We tried for a more <br /> inclusive environment, monthly activities that raise awareness and employee appreciate <br /> to help fight against bias. I worked for a company who was becoming ISO 9001 certified. <br /> My job was to log, track and resolve all complaints filed.
