The proposed modifications to the EDBA zoning district will <br /> permit retail uses and restaurants by right, as well as limited multi-family residential and <br /> other related office/service uses. At this time, the EDBA zoning district has not been <br /> utilized and can only be applied to the Official Zoning Atlas through a rezoning. In <br /> addition to the modifications to the EDBA zoning district, the amendments proposed <br /> include revisions to section 5.1.4 to reduce the Conditional Use exclusions for properties <br /> within the Economic Development Transition Activity Node and Commercial-Industrial <br /> Transition Activity Node land use classifications only.
