Orange County Arts Commission Policies and Procedures 15 <br /> A. By-Laws <br /> 1. Any bylaws adopted by the Orange County Arts Commission are void and no further <br /> bylaws shall be adopted. Procedure shall be governed solely by this policy <br /> document and the General Advisory Board Policy Document. <br /> 2. The Orange County Arts Commission shall,for the purposes of conducting discussion <br /> and debate only, follow the Rules of Procedure for the Board of County <br /> Commissioners. <br /> 3. Should the Orange County Arts Commission Board determine modifications to <br /> policies and procedures are necessary, the Board may petition the Board of County <br /> Commissioners for such modifications. <br /> 5 <br />
