The Department provides mutual aid to each of these departments on <br />any significant incidents, and responds under the new multi-department response <br />protocol with these departments as well. The District also borders Durham County <br />and in fact has a Fire Tax District and protection responsibilities for that district as <br />well. This means providing mutual aid as requested to the City of Durham and <br />Durham County depariments. <br />The Department perceives good working relationships with its neighboring <br />departments. <br />The Department has two stations from which it responds to ca1Ls, the approximate <br />location of ~ ' ' ' ' "' <br />42 <br />Station #1 is located on Whitfield Road <br />
