The organizations are coordinating tr'aining and OC EMS relies upon Squad <br />3 members to back fill duty shifts when EMS is short of personnel due to illness or <br />4 other causes. <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 Recommendations <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 We recommend that the Squad begin the planning process for the relocation or <br />11 renovation of its Roberson Street Station. <br />12 <br />13 We recommend a long term financial plan and three year running budget be <br />14 developed to ensure continued financial stability of the Squad. South Orange <br />15 Rescue could very easily find itself in a financial situation comparable to North <br />16 Orange Rescue if proper planning is not put in place. <br />85 <br />
