PUBLIC HEARING ORDINANCE (DRAFT) 3 <br /> 007 <br /> Inspections Division The Orange County Planning and Inspections <br /> Department. <br /> Master Telecom nu nications Plan (""Plan"") —A plan developed for Orange <br /> County by the County's Planning Department that sets forth properties that <br /> have received general zoning approval from the County Commissioners for <br /> the placement of telecommunication towers leas than 200 feet, in height <br /> provided that all applicable federal, state, and local regulations are met. <br /> l licrocell Facility-A telecommunications, facility consisting of are antenna <br /> (as defined above) and related equipment which is located either on <br /> telecommunication communication tower or affixed to a structure some fashion for the <br /> provision of wireless services. <br /> Microwave- Microwave dish antenna: A dishislike antenna used to link <br /> wireless service 51"t es together by wireless transmission of voice or data, <br /> Monopole Tower-A telecommunication tower consisting of a single pole <br /> or spire self supported by a permanent f nd tion, constructed d without <br /> guy wires and ground anchors, <br /> Panel Antenna - An inconspicuous, relatively flat, square or rectangular <br /> antenna designed to be (fixed to the wall of a building or structure in order <br /> to receive and transmit signals from a telecommunication device. <br /> Qualified Shared Facility- A facility that is appropriately ode igned for <br /> sharing antenna space, and gnats space on the facility in a fair, <br /> reasonable, and non-discriminatory manner. <br /> r. <br /> Roofline -The overall ridge liners of the structure, not including cupolas, <br /> elevator towers,, clock'towers or other features. <br /> Self-Support/Lattice Tower-A tapered structure broad at the base and <br /> more narrow at the top consisting of cross-members and diagonal bracing <br /> acing <br /> and without guyed support, <br /> or t, <br /> Stealth Faculty-Any telecommunications facility which is designed o <br /> blend Into the surrounding environment.
