M PUBLIC HEARING ORDINANCE (DRAFT) 2 <br /> 006 <br /> Formal applications for the May and 'November Public Hearings by the <br /> County Commissioner5, and the April and October meetings of the, <br /> Board of Adjustment, shall be submitted n accordance with the, <br /> published yearly calendar o meetings s r ul . <br /> As of the effective date of this Ordinance amendment, any pending <br /> applications that"have not received a zoning compliance permit or <br /> special use permit shall meet all irequirements of this Ordinance,' <br /> includi ng, but not limited to submission n I hires, application <br /> standards and processing. <br /> Section T. (Page 6-25 Amend Section 6.18 to read as follows: <br /> 6,18 Telecommunications Facilities <br /> The following words, terms and phrases, when used In this Section, shall <br /> have the meanings ascribed to them in this Section, except where the <br /> context clearly indicates a different meaning: <br /> A <br /> Accessory Use — A use incidental t , subordinate to, and subservient the <br /> main use of the property.
