PUBLIC HEARING ORDINANCE (DRAFT) 15 <br /> 019 <br /> l The ppll n shall, after submission of an application for a Special <br /> Use Permit, arrange to fly, or raise upon a mast a minimum of a <br /> thre 31 lin diameter, brightly colored red or orange balloon at <br /> the maximum height of the proposed new tower. A notice of the <br /> dates (including a second date ire case of poor visibility, weather or <br /> atmospheric conditions on th Initial date), tires, and location of <br /> the balloon test shall be mailed, the applicant, to all persons <br /> owning propel within 1 X000 feet of the subject parcel no less than <br /> fourteen 1 days In advance of the first test date.
