The <br /> tower owner wall, within thirty, 3 days of <br /> completion of the analysis or the passage of <br /> this Ordinance, r ►ide the Inspections <br /> Division with a letter from a registered <br /> professional engineer certified in <br /> telecommunication facility design stating the <br /> current structural status of the Mower. If the <br /> tower does not meet the aforementioned EIA <br /> standards, the letter shall indicate what <br /> world be required ire to wrin the tower up to <br /> standard. Existing towers shall be subject to <br /> the annual electri ai 'Inspection conducted <br /> by the inspections Division including <br /> associated inspection fees. <br /> 1 Inspections Division shall be <br /> notified in writing when a required <br /> analysis is complete. A copy of the <br /> analysis report shall be made <br /> available to the County Inspections <br /> Division upon request.
