PUBLIC HEARING ORDINANCE (DRAFT) 6 <br /> 010 <br /> 4 If the equipment building is located on the rows"of the <br /> building, the area of the equipment bu din shall not <br /> occupy more than twenty-five 25 percent of the roof area, <br /> and shall,comply with all State of North Carol*1 Building <br /> Code requirements,fwar the proposed and existing building; <br /> and <br /> 5 ,approval of the Planning Director or his/her designee two <br /> ensure consistency,with floe definition facility it^ is <br /> required.ed.
