Install a recessed light fixture in the bathroom. <br />CRAWLSPACE: <br />Repair approximately 8ft of rotten band/girder located at the front porch. <br />2. Install 20 metal pole jacks in the crawlspace. The pole jacks must re;st on <br />a concrete or masonry pad. <br />3. Add a 6 mil vapor barrier to the crawlspace. <br />M ISCELLANEOUS: <br />l. Remove the storage building to the foundation and haul off debris. <br />2. Repair the busted water line running to the spigot beside the back door. <br />3. Install a 24" x 30" access opening in the 2na floor ceiling. Install weather- <br />stripping around the opening and install a plywood door.
