Door to have a lockset <br />and deadbolt keyed alike. Prime and paint with semigloss latex paint. <br />Paint to cover completely. Reinstall the existing storm door. <br />2. Install a passage lock on the door leading into the hallway. <br />3. Install '/4 inch lauan plywood over the existing floor. Install a new vinyl <br />floor. Vinyl to cost not less than $ 14yd. Install stained shoe molding to <br />match the wall paneling. Install metal trim at the door openings. <br />2ND FLOOR: <br />Remove all loose paint on the walls and ceiling. Prime all bare wood. <br />Paint the walls and ceilings with semigloss latex paint. Paint atl trim and <br />doors with semigloss latex paint. Paint to cover completely. <br />Repair the damaged wood below the left/rear window. <br />ELECTRICAL: <br />1. Install a GFI circuit and receptacle in the kitchen, and one in <br />the bathroom. <br />2. Install an arc fault interrupter on each bedroom circuit. <br />3. Install electric smoke detectors with battery backup in all sleeping rooms. <br />Install one located in the hallway and one at the top of the stairs. <br />4. Rewire the light and receptacle on the back porch. Install a weather- <br />proof cover and a GFI receptacle. <br />5. Install a new exterior light fixture on the front and back porch. <br />6.
