Vinyl to cost not less than $ 14/yd. Install shoe moldin~;. <br />Stain the shoe molding to match the paneling. <br />Install metal trim at all door openings. <br />4. Install a vent ~ess range hood over the oven. Install any necessary framing <br />to secure range hood to the wall. <br />DEN: <br />1. Remove the gas floor heater and gas line. <br />2. Cover the flue opening with %2 inch sheetrock. Glue the sheetrock to the <br />masonry wall. Finish the sheetrock smooth. Prime and paint with ilat latex. <br />Install shoe molding around the edges. Prime and paint with semig;loss <br />latex paint. <br />3. Prepare the walls and ceiling for paint. Fill all holes and cracks with <br />sheetrock filler. Paint the walls and ceiling with flat latex paint. Paint <br />the doors, mantle and trim with semigloss latex paint. <br />Caulk all cracks in trim and paint to cover completely. <br />4. Install carpet and pad. Carpet to cost not less than $ 14/yd. Install nietal <br />trim at all door openings. <br />
