Install %2 inch sheetrock and finish smooth. <br />2. Install new three (3) inch crown molding. <br />3. Prepare the walls and trim for paint. Fill all holes and cracks with sheetrock <br />filler. Prime the new sheetrock and crown molding. Paint the walls and <br />ceiling with flat latex paint. Paint the trim and doors with semigloss latex <br />paint. Caulk all cracks and joints with latex caulk. <br />Paint to cover completely. <br />4. Remove the old carpet and pad. Install 1/a inch lauan plywood and vinyl. <br />The vinyl to cost not less than $ 14/yd. Install metal trim at all door <br />openings. <br />BATHROOM: <br />1. Remove the crown molding. Install new '/4 inch sheetrock on the ceiling. <br />Finish the sheetrock smooth. <br />2. Install new two (2) inch crown molding on the ceiling. <br />3. Prepare the walls and ceiling for paint. Prime the new sheetrock and <br />crown molding. Paint the walls and ceiling with semigloss latex paint. <br />Paint the door and trim with semigloss latex paint. <br />Paint to cover completely. <br />4. Remove the commode and the shoe molding. <br />5. Install a new vinyl floor. Glue the vinyl to the existing floor. The <br />vinyl to cost not less than $ 14 yd. Install new shoe molding azound <br />the vanity and baseboard. Caulk the vinyl at the tub. Prime and paint <br />the shoe molding with semigloss latex paint. Install metal trim at <br />the door opening. Trim bottom of door if necessary. <br />page 5 <br />6. Reinstall the commode. Install a new cutoff and supply line. <br />
