Paint to cover completely. <br />Caulk all cracks with latex caulk before painting. <br />3. Install a lockset on the door leading to the laundry room. <br />FRONT / RIGHT BEDROOM: <br />1. Install a new strike plate on the door. <br />LEFT / CENTER BEDROOM: <br />1. Remove the crown molding. Nail any loose or buckling ceiling tile~~. <br />Install %2" sheetrock over the existing ceiling tiles. Finish the sheet~~ock <br />smooth. Reinstall the light fixture. <br />2. Install new three (3) inch crown molding. <br />3. Trim the closet door so that it will close properly. <br />4. Prepare the walls and ceiling for paint. Fill all holes and cracks wit:n ' <br />sheetrock filler. Prime the new sheetrock and crown molding. Paint the <br />walls and ceiling with flat latex paint.
