Install foam weatherstripping on the dormer windows. <br />MECHANICAL: <br />1. Install a 3%z ton gas pack heat / air system with insulated ductwork on <br />the lst floor. Make all necessary electric and mechanical connections. <br />The heat / air system shall pass all N.C. Mechanical Codes. <br />INTERIOR: <br />LIVI~IG ROOM: <br />Install a new %z glass white aluminum storm door. Door to have a self-storing <br />glass and screen, lever action handle, key, pneumatic closure and vinyl <br />sweep. Door is to have a lifetime warranty. _ <br />2. Install a new, keyed lockset to match the deadbolt on the front door. <br />3. Prepare the walls and ceiling for paint. Fill all holes and cracks with <br />sheetrock filler. Paint the walls and ceiling with flat latex paint. Paint <br />the trim and mantle with semigloss latex paint. Paint to cover completely. <br />page 3 <br />4. Remove the masonry thimble. Install matching sheetrock. Tape and finish <br />smooth. <br />
