Remove the roof covering from the back section of the house. Repai.r the bottom <br />section of lx6 wood. Cover %z" CD plywood, black felt and matchir.~g 20 year shingles. <br />Insta115V Corrugated metal on the low pitch. Install ridge cap on the hips. <br />21. Install a shingle type ridge ventilation system. <br />22. Install continuous aluminum gutters and downspouts. Install plastic <br />splashblocks under each downspout. <br />23. Prepare the front door frame for paint. Remove all loose paint and prime <br />with an oil primer. Paint the door frame with two (2) coats of white <br />semigloss paint. Paint shall cover completely. <br />
