Install the heater in an exterior aqua hut <br />located on the back side of the house. Make all necessary plumbin~; and <br />mechanical connections. The aqua hut shall not be under a window . <br />Check plumbing and mechanical codes for proper installation <br />KITCHEN: <br />1. Remove the gas floor heater and gas line in the kitchen. <br />2. Remove the ~lectric hot water heater in the kitchen. Remove the su.pply <br />lines and electrical wires leading to the heater. <br />3. Remove the masonry thimble in the kitchen wall. Install matching <br />sheetrock. T'ape and finish the sheetrock smooth. <br />4. Install a new 9light metal insulated door unit with aluminum threshold <br />and weatherstripping. Install a new lockset and deadbolt to be keye;d the <br />same as the front door. Prime and paint with sernigloss latex paint. <br />5. Install a new aluminum over wood core storm door with pneumatic; <br />closure and vinyl sweep. Door to have a self storing glass and scre~~n, <br />push button lock and key and a lifetime warranty. <br />6. Wash down the walls and ceiling and prepare for paint. Fill all hol~;s and <br />cracks with sheetrock filler. Paint the ceiling with flat latex paint. <br />Paint the walls, trim and doors with semigloss latex paint. Paint to cover <br />completely. <br />7. Remove the plywood door leading from the kitchen into the living room. <br />Install a new 1 3/8" six panel door. Install new hardware and lockset. <br />Remove the old door stop and install new 1%z" doorstop. <br />Prime and paint the door and trim with semigloss latex paint. <br />Paint to cover completely. <br />8. Remove the corner cabinet to allow for the new 32" bathroom doo:r. <br />9. Trim down the corner cabinet and reinstall. <br />
