Extend the door and window jambs to allow for the %2" sheetrock. <br />5. Install new door and window casings. Install new window stool anci <br />apron on both windows. <br />6. Install new baseboard in the living room. Insta113 '/a" colonial baseboard. <br />7. Install new 3 inch crown molding in the living room. <br />8. Prime the sheetrock with new sheetrock latex primer. Paint the walls and <br />and ceiling with flat latex paint. Paint to cover completely. <br />9. Prime all new and existing woodwork. Paint the casing, jambs, <br />crown molding, doors and baseboard with semigloss latex paint. <br />Caulk all cracks in the trim and molding before painting. <br />10. Weatherstrip the door leading to the upstairs. Weatherstrip the jaml~ <br />and install a threshold . The bottom of door must be airtight. <br />11. Install a new handrail leading up the stairs. <br />BEDROOM # 1: <br />1. Remove the window stool and all door and window casing to facilitate <br />the installation of sheetrock. <br />page 3 <br />2.
