Remove all old gutters from boxing. Dri113/o" holes between rafters <br />to allow air into the attic. Install vented soffit on all overhangs. <br />3. Cover all facias, eves and overhangs with white coil stock. <br />Cover the front and side porch ceilings with white solid soffit. <br />Nail lx4 inch lumber across ceiling joists on the side porch to <br />receive the solid soffit. Wrap all exposed wood on the exterior. <br />4. Install continuous aluminum gutters and downspouts. Install splash <br />blocks under each downspout. <br />5. Install ten (10) automatic foundation vents around the perimeter of the <br />foundation. <br />6. Repair the left front porch foundation wall. Use mortar to fill in the <br />damaged area. Stucco the entire foundation with block bond found:ition <br />mix. Use an off white color. <br />7. Prime and paint the two (2) access doors and frame. Use semigloss <br />latex paint. Paint to cover completely. <br />8. Replace the old wooden tree posts on the side porch: Install new tre;ated <br />6 x 6 posts. Pour a 24" x 24" x 10" pier footing for the corner post. <br />Prime and paint the 6 x 6 posts with white exterior latex paint. <br />9. Install a shingle type ridge ventilation system on the main roof only. <br />Cut a 2 3/a - 3 inch section from the ridge and install the ridge vent. <br />WINDOW5: <br />1. Install8 insulated vinyl replacement windows on the lst and 2"d floor. <br />The windows shall have at least one openable sash, screen, windov~~ lock <br />and trim. The trim color shall match the windows. <br />
