Install five manually operated foundation vents. <br />3. Remove the over hanging branches from both trees on the left ;~ide of the house. <br />Wor~C to be done by a certified arborist. <br />4. Pressure wash the siding, soffitt, gutter and downspouts with a detergent <br />formulated to clean vinyl siding. <br />5. Install matching vinyl siding, trim, fascia and soffitt on the rea~• addition. <br />6. Remove all trash from the rear of the house including the trash in the storage <br />building. <br />7. Install gutter and downspouts on the rear addition. Install one d.ownspout on the <br />right rear corner of the house. Extend that downspout through the deck. Reinstall <br />the downspout on the right/font corner. Install plastic splashblc~cks under each <br />downspout. <br />8. Install metal, helmet leaf guard system on all gutters. <br />Rear Deck: <br />1. Remove the 4x16 deck on the right side of the house, the railing and 4x6 posts on <br />the main deck. <br />11 <br />2. Brace the deck. Remove the e~cisting 2x8drop girder. Install a ctrop girder on <br />concrete footers. <br />
