BOX S I S 1 �z � <br /> l/ALERlE P.FOUSHEE <br /> AL.ICEM.GORDON 20O SOUTH CAMERON STREE7 <br /> BARRYJACOBS <br /> EARLMCKEE HILLSBOROUGH, NORTH CAROLINA 27278 �, <br /> STEVE YUHASZ � ��t t�J Q�aC p�L� <br /> March 26, 2012 <br /> Dear Commissioners, <br /> At the Board's March 22, 2012 regular meeting, Commissioner Yuhasz brought forth a <br /> petition and it was reviewed by the ChairNice Chair/Manager at agenda review: <br /> 1) Consider a request concerning Board members receiving upcoming advisory board <br /> appointment information earlier, possibly at the meeting prior to the meeting before <br /> the actual appointments occur or during the agenda development process for the <br /> actual appointments meeting. <br /> After review of this petition, the Chair/Vice Chair/Manager have directed staff to do the <br /> following: <br /> 1) To provide the full board with "draft" appointment information on upcoming board <br /> appointments either the Friday before Chair/Vice Chair agenda review OR right <br /> after Chair/Vice Chair agenda review (appointments are usually on the tast regular <br /> meeting agenda per month), with the stipulation that these appointments are in <br /> draft form and any changes/deletions/edits may be made and these changes would <br /> be in the final agenda package.
