It is unlawful to hunt deer or attempt to take deer with the aid of dogs <br /> 5 at any ti.me. <br /> 6 SECTION 2. Violation of this act is a Class 3 misdemeanor. <br /> 7 SECTTON 3. This act is enforceable by Iaw enforcement officers of the Wildlife <br /> 8 Resources Com.mission, by sheriffs and deputy sheriffs, and by peace officers with general <br /> 9 subject matter jurisdiction. <br /> 10 SECTION 4. This act applies only to Orange County. <br /> 11 SECTION 5.
