1 SECTION 9. Pursuant to Article VII Section 1 of the North Carolina Constitution any 7 <br /> 2 boundary line between Alamance County and Orange County previously surveyed, recognized, <br /> 3 adopted, described, utilized or ratified, save and except the 91% of the boundary line adopted <br /> 4 by SL 2011-88, is modified as set forth herein upon ratification of this Act. <br /> 5 SECTION 10. Pursuant to Article VII Section 1 of the North Carolina Constitution - <br /> 6 the official boundary line regarding the remaining nine percent of the line separating Alamance <br /> 7 County and Orange County as shown in a plat recorded in Plat Book at Page <br /> 8 Ora,nge County Registry, and Alamance County Registry, is hereby formally <br /> 9 recognized and adopted by the North Carolina General Assembly. <br /> 10 SECTION 11. Upon completion of the resurveys in compliance with this Act and as <br /> 11 described and shown in Plat Book at Page , Orange County Registry, and <br /> 12 Alamance County Registry, the survey plats reflecting the boundary line shall be <br /> 13 filed in the o�ce of the North Carolina Secretary of State as provided in North Carolina <br /> 14 General Staxute §153A-18(a). <br /> 15 SECTION 12. This act is effective when ratified. <br /> 16 <br /> 5 . <br />
