5. The County may seek to enforce this Ordinance by using any one or a combination of <br /> the foregoing remedies. <br /> Section IX. Severability <br /> If any section, subdivision, clause, or provision of this Article shall be adjudged invalid, <br /> such adjudication shall apply only to such section, subdivision, clause, or provision so <br /> adjudged, and the remainder of this Article shall remain fully valid and effective. <br /> Section X.Effect on Other Laws: Effective Date <br /> 1.
