Maximum 220,340 s.f. <br /> *Requesting a modification to regulations in the associated Special Use Permit application <br /> Chapel Hill's Land Use Plan, a component of the Town's Comprehensive Plan, designates this <br /> site for low-density residential use. The associated Special Use Permit proposal, which has been <br /> filed with the Town, is a worship campus and mixed-use development.
