The property has 238 feet of frontage <br /> on Rodgers Road, and approximately 700 feet of frontage on Purefoy Drive. The <br /> property is currently zoned R-1 which allows for the uses outlined below. In order to <br /> develop this property to serve the Rodgers Road Community, the current zoning must <br /> be replaced by a new zoning designation.
