Governing <br />Board asks for interested parties among commissioners serving on the <br />Community Operations Center Boards. Governing Board elects two. <br />• One representative from the regiona) CFAC, elected by the regional CFAC. <br />• Six members with special expertise in healthcare, irtsurence, finance, and <br />health/behavioral health physician or other professionai ; no more than 2 <br />from any specialty area; from corsstituent counties if at aIi possibie. <br />(Initially appointed by the Seaetary of DHHS. Board ~mmittee recruits <br />for vacancies and recommends replacement to the full Board. Vacancies to <br />be elected by the board. ) <br />
