The first issue is a <br />proposal related to governance for future merged mental health services. The joint resolution <br />for consideration by the Board of Commissioners, along with the other partner counties, details <br />the creation of a new Governance Board with representation from each of the local advisory <br />boards; requires appointment of two Commissioners from within the catchment area; has a <br />voting seat for a Consumer & Family Advisory Committee representative; and has <br />representation from subject specific experts in the field.
