2) Agricultural Preservation Board <br />The Board considered one appointment to the Agricultural Preservation Board for the Bacon- <br />Johnson Voluntary Agricultural District. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Halkiotis to <br />appoint Donald N. Johnson to the Bacon-Johnsan Farm VA District, for a term in accordance with <br />Section IV.B.2 of the Orange County Voluntary Farmland Preservation Program Ordinance. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />3) Arts Commission <br />The Board considered one appointment to the Arts Commission. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Halkiotis to <br />appoint Ms. Bonnie Bledsoe Fuchs to an At-Large position on the Arts Commission to fill an unexpired <br />term ending March 31, 2004. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />10. REPORTS <br />a. Report from the Joint Orange Grove Road Transportation Group <br />The Board was to receive a report from the Joint Orange Grove Road Transportation Group. <br />Postponed <br />11.
