Ms Barringer has a passion for senior living as well as a genuine love for older adults. She has past work <br /> experience at several long term care communities as well as volunteer experience in both skilled nursing and assisted <br /> living facilities. Ms Barringer has a strong interest in improving the quality of life for Orange County residents living in <br /> long term care facilities and she would serve as a valuable advocate. <br /> The Nursing Home Community Advisory Committee would also like to recommend Susan Deter for a first full term. Her <br /> current one year appointment will be expiring on 4/19/12. During the past year Ms Deter attended 3 out of 5 business <br /> meetings and has actively participated in all of her assigned quarterly facility visitations.
