The Clerk's office has advertised and recruitment has also been done by the <br /> Tax Administrator's office. <br /> The Orange County Special Board of Equalization and Review shall consist of three regular <br /> members plus alternate members, each to serve for a term in accordance with G.S. 105-322. <br /> One regular mernber shall serve as chair of the Board of Equalization and Review. <br /> The Board will consider appointing 3 regular members, with one serving as chair. All others <br /> may be appointed as alternate members. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: Each member will be paid $75.00 for each meeting they attend, and <br /> the chair will be paid $100.00 for each meeting attended. The funds are included in the Tax <br /> Administrator's budget. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): Consider making appointments to the Board of Equalization and <br /> Review. <br />
