The Planning Board recommends approval of the proposed amendments to <br />Articles V , VI and VII of the Zoning Ordinance regarding watershed standards <br />and home options and Sectino VI of the subdivision Regulations regarding <br />watershed standards. They further recd aended that the existing definitions <br />of Nfarm• and "farming" be retained in the Zoning Ordinance and that the <br />County Attorney be requested to investigate the possibilities of obtaining <br />express statutory authority to define farming. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Marshall, seconded by Commissioner <br />Carey to approve the recommendation of the Planning Board for the proposed <br />amendments to Article V, vi, and vil of the Zoning Ordinance regarding <br />watershed standards and home occupations and Section VI of the Subdivision <br />Regulations regarding watershed standards, as listed on pages a 3- as of <br />these minutes. <br />VOTE: UNhNXVMS. <br />
