2 <br />The updates to the Resolution include the following: citing the appropriate General Statute <br />sections and defining the maximum time period during which the Sheriff's Office may lend an <br />officer, equipment, or supplies. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact associated with consideration of the <br />resolution. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the attached <br />resolution updating the November 19, 1985 resolution and authorize the Chair to sign the <br />resolution. <br />
