The seventh member was on <br /> 36 his way. The boards agreed to move to item 10, which does not require the Planning Board. <br /> 37 <br /> 38 The boards moved on to item C-10 and then recessed until the seventh member arrived. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 Chair Pelissier called the meeting back to order at 7:32 PM. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 Glenn Bowles went through the PowerPoint again. <br /> 43 Larry Wright made reference to page 17, item D and the 250-foot landscape buffer <br /> 44 where it says, "no vegetation in this area shall be disturbed." He asked what happens as the <br /> 45 limbs die off and what might be done for mitigation for decibel levels. He asked if anyone has <br /> 46 looked into this. <br /> 47 Glenn Bowles said that they look at this at the site approval stage and if the buffer looks <br /> 48 inadequate or that it need beefing up, they will deal with it at that time. <br /> 49 Larry Wright said that he is concerned that if someone wants to infiltrate and put some <br /> 50 sort of vegetation or buffer to protect a neighbor. Glenn Bowles said that this would be <br /> 51 permitted. <br />
