He said <br /> 39 that the issue of drive-in facilities was brought before the Board of County Commissioners. He <br /> 40 asked if this ever came back to the County Commissioners. He said that if this is left at the <br /> 41 bottom of page 17, then it implies that the County Commissioners have acted on it. <br /> 42 Shannon Berry said that it does not imply that the County Commissioners acted on it. It <br /> 43 went to the Economic Development Commission and it did not get brought forward. <br /> 44 Commissioner Jacobs said that the only place it is banned is in the Hillsborough EDD, <br /> 45 and Hillsborough ignores it. <br />
