18 <br /> 1 Brian Crawford asked that the motion be extended because April 17th will not be enough <br /> 2 time to consider this. <br /> 3 Craig Benedict pointed out that the cost of connecting to the public sewer system is <br /> 4 probably comparable to creating a repair area. It may be financial viable and preferable to tie <br /> 5 into the system versus encumbering the land, etc. <br /> 6 Commissioner McKee withdrew his motion. Commissioner Foushee agreed. <br /> 7 Commissioner McKee informally asked the Planning Board to consider the comments <br /> 8 that were made about the repair area. <br /> 9 John Roberts said that once a motion has been made and seconded, then it has to have <br /> 10 a vote. <br /> 11 VOTE: All Nay <br /> 12 <br /> 13 A motion was made by Commissioner McKee, seconded by Commissioner Foushee to <br /> 14 refer the matter to the Planning Board with a request that a recommendation be returned to the <br /> 15 BOCC no sooner than April 17, 2012; and adjourn the public hearing until the BOCC considers <br /> 16 this item again in order to receive and accept the Planning Board's recommendation and any <br /> 17 submitted written comments. <br /> 18 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> 19 <br /> 20 <br /> 21 6.
