He asked if it would make sense to bring it all the way out to West <br /> 28 Ten Road. <br /> 29 Craig Benedict said that staff could discuss this further. <br /> 30 Charles Bowman said that he has 33 acres and asked about the tax status. <br /> 31 Craig Benedict said that when property is rezoned the tax status does not automatically <br /> 32 change. The tax administrator has put a rough draft together in writing about this issue. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Tom Darnell said that he has four pieces of property on Buckhom Road and has owned them <br /> 35 for about 30 years. Since the 30 years, he has been told that it is going to be commercial. Everyone <br /> 36 he knows on that road wants to sell their property for commercial. He said that there is no O or 1 <br /> 37 within ten miles of this area. He wants to see high-density commercial. He said that he could not <br /> 38 market his property unless it was zoned commercial. <br /> 39 <br />
