Managed by <br />Recreation Factory Partners, the facility allows quality recreational programs for area residents, <br />including, but not limited to: ice sports, swimming, fitness, and Kidsplex. <br />Although membership slowed during the construction of the Central Orange Senior Center, the <br />increase in use and membership since that time has been significant. In order to continue a <br />quality level of service for its members, two major renovations are needed in the pool area of the <br />complex now. <br />Pool Dectron Unit <br />The replacement of this specialized HVAC unit, which conditions the pool area, was <br />originally programmed in the FY2013-14 Capital Investment Plan (CIP). The unit has <br />deteriorated to a point where immediate replacement is necessary. <br />• Pool Locker Rooms <br />
