She said that it would be hard for her to move forward <br /> on the proposed options until she has heard from the public in that area. <br /> Commissioner Hemminger said that she agreed that they do need a plan and to spend <br /> $100,000/year for upkeep now is not sustainable. She would like to deconstruct this entire <br /> building at some point and build a new facility that is energy efficient, but she still wants to have <br /> a plan in place before making any decisions. She said that the current building is not a user- <br /> friendly place. She would rather see a new structure that can last for a very long time and is <br /> more efficient. <br />
