y. Performance of Government Functions. Notwithstanding anything in this <br />Agreement which may be to the contrary, nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way <br />stop, limit or impair the County from exercising or performing any regulatory, policing or <br />governmental powers ar functions with respect to the Property including, without limitation, <br />inspection of the Property in the performance of such functions. <br />z. Duration of Agreement. This Agreement shall be effective on the date of <br />execution and shall remain in effect during the period of affordability required by the Act under <br />24 CFR Part 92. <br />
