Section III <br />School Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance <br />Process 2 - Certificate of Adequate Public Schools (CAPS) Allocation <br />2008 CAPS system is effective November 15, 2007 through November 14, 2008. <br />The system is updated with new membership, CIP capacity changes, and any other BOCC /School District joint <br />action approved capacity prior to November 15, 2007. This information is received within 5 days of November 15 <br />and posted within the next 15 days.
